I had a super busy week.

It was Connie love's 21st birthday last weekend. But I wasn't in town so had a early celebration with her on Thursday. I decided to have dinner at Sakae Sushi because she loves sushi. Dinner was great and both of us were really full.

Weekly Meeting #1

Had our very first weekly meeting with the girls at Tom and Tom cafe. And, we really love that place. The food is good, the drinks are good, the ambience is good, everything is good. Most importantly, our meeting progress very smoothly and it was definitely a fruitful one because we came up with many ideas(:

Next week will be a very very busy week for me. Monday got GS Love Concert, Tuesday got Hello Baby, Haha Mong Show (Key will be in it), our second weekly meeting (which I am looking very forward too), Wednesday got nothing much but confirm will have better qualities of the photos taken on Monday, Thursday meeting Connie love, and Friday to Sunday, I will be off to Genting! I think I will have lack of sleep but it's gonna be fun!

And, it will be April next week! Which means it's one month nearer to May! My mind: korea korea korea korea korea :DDDDDDDDDDDDD

Happy birthday Daddy!

Celebrated Daddy's birthday yesterday. Treated him to lunch at Grandma's, bought him a wallet and belt. Made him a birthday card and got him a cake today.

or someone younger than me. Sometimes I cannot stand the things he say or the way

Even though I have been really busy, I still managed to find some time to catch up with my 3 awesome people. As usual, meeting point was at OC and after thinking long and hard a venue for dinner, we ended up at OC's Sakae. Well, I have to say we all love that place (:

Well, I feel that most of the time when people go for buffet, they tend to overestimate themselves, thinking that they can eat a lot. Only to realize at the end that they can't finish the food. Haha. The same thing applies to us. We ordered too much and all of us were too full to stuff any more food.

I think we ate more that what was in the photos!

Time with them always pass very fast. I hope that we will be able to meet up again soon. Next plan will be movie!~ I miss them already!

Ello!! I am back(:

So what have I been up to these days? I am so so so busy like almost everyday, be it at work or after work. Surprisingly I enjoyed a lot in the midst of all these busyness. It felt great and awesome ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

샤이니 in Singapore!!!!~

On Thursday night, we received news that they will be here in Singapore. So I rushed down to the airport after work. Hoping to catch a glimpse of them. When we reached the airport, there were already a few fans waiting there but it was a lot lesser compared to the first time they were here. We waited till 12am and still didn't manage to see them. Apparently, we found out that they actually arrived on Saturday morning via VIP area so none of the fans are able to see them.

Friday was queuing for the showcase tickets. We went to queue at around 12am and of course we are within the first 3000 fans who can purchase the album which comes along with the ticket to the showcase. Purchased the tickets at around 11 the next morning (Yup, overnight queuing -.-)

Went for the Singapore Entertainment Awards on Saturday night. The boys definitely put up a great 'live' performance. All the fan girls literally went gaga over them. Well, have to admit that it's really hard to resist the charm of these 5 little boys. They are so fantastic, fantastic, elastic, elastic~

Sunday was their first showcase in Singapore! Anyway, some stuff happened which was very unpleasant and we were all very angry about it. But since it's over, I shall not talk about it. At the end, we were still happy to see them. They only performed 3 songs and we actually paid $35 for it. But then, we all felt that $35 was worth to see jjong's smile (his face was uber black on Saturday).

Well, because of my lousy camera and the spot which I was at was not very favourable, I wasn't able to take any great fancams or photos. So, I shall credit those who took great HQ photos of the boys. And they are actually korean shawols. They are the best when it comes to great quality photos!

And one more thing to be happy about! Our boards were published on the newspapers!!!!!!!

Yes. Met up with Shirleen last night was awesome. Time always pass extra faster when we are together. Had our usual HTHT and it was great. At the end of our meeting, we both realized that we really do miss OC a lot and the people who we used to work with. Especially the times when we first started where there were only 5 people per shift. Even though most of the time we had nothing to do, we are really happy back then. Really miss it a lot.

We had dinner at Heaven's Loft, thanks to my $40 vouchers and went over to sublime to find Aaron to get her hair cut. And, we took lots of photos at Shadyside, beside Fear Street (If you understand, you understand. If you don't, you just don't).

Hello B. I know you will definitely read this. Well, I really think that it's fate that we meet each other in OC and then became such close friends. We are not really exactly that similar but somewhere somehow, I do feel certain similarity between us. And that probably makes us understand each other better. We knew each other barely a year but the rapport between us is so strong that it sometimes amazes me. I was surprised that sometimes we knew what each other were thinking when none of us spoke about anything. Time spent with you passed exceptionally fast and every outing with you was enjoyable and comfortable. As months passed, I grew to love you more and more. We may not be able to meet up that often anymore or to share stuffs every single day but don't feel too upset about it, ok? Because we can always look for each other anytime we want to(: You know you can always depend on me and I know I can always depend on you. Life may not be that great right now but it will get better! Hello! I have been so busy these days tsk tsk tsk. Anyway, I finally got my own desk like after working for a month. Bought some stuff from Daiso to store the stationery so that my desk will look neat and tidy. Daiso has now officially become my fave store. Haha. I went there like almost 3 times last week! Actually $2 is not really that cheap, somehow it's just a perception or mindset. Well, somethings are worth buying for $2, some are not. So, shop wisely ok.

One of my colleague gave birth recently and she bought these cupcakes for us today. Looks nice but they are too sweet =x

Hello, and after I quit OC. I joined Union Services, a logistics firm. So, I am currently working at The Gateway(: Pay's good, benefits not too bad. Hopefully I can survive the 3 months probation and get a pay increment.

Life's pretty good so far. Last 1 week was crazily busy partly because of SHINee in town. Oh yes! Did I mentioned? I actually managed to touch Jong Hyun, Key and my most beloved Taemin!! I am so happy luh! Haha! It was the best night ok!!! Don't worry boys. I will be going Korea in May so yeah, I am gonna see you all soon ❤ Getting the air tickets in March. Can't wait(: I really want to fly there, like now man.

Last week, I met Shirleen to shop around town and oh my. I spent so much money. We spent a lot at OC as well but all with vouchers(: Urbanwrite is the new love man. Got all the art materials from there. Well, I really enjoyed making hand made cards and scrapbooks and all so yeah, needed all these materials. Almost done with my CNY shopping and oh! Got the porter bag that I have been aiming for quite some time :D Probably need to get the MAC gel eyeliner and I am all ready for CNY((: Yay! Can't wait!

Can you believe it? I actually watched a total of 6 movies within 2 days. Well, it's movie marathon at work. Slack job but guess we became slacker these days knowing that we are all fired. Haha. Finally Far East realized that we are redundant and decided to break all our rice bowls.

Having an interview on Monday. Daddy says the job pays well. Hopefully, I will get it. Office job is always better, ain't it.

Sometimes, I feel lonely and I don't what to do about it.

Tonight is the night where I miss you especially much. I have already accepted the fact that we will never be like before and am no longer harboring any hopes of you still being there for me when I needed someone.

It doesn't hurt that much anymore. Well, at least not to the extent where I felt like running away. At least, I have the courage to face both of you now and also to treat her well with a true heart.

I still miss you every now and then. But less frequent. It's not that I no longer like you but because I hid you well. Don't worry. I am keeping you in a really nice position in my heart(: I hoped you will like it there thou.

Sometimes, I will reminisce the times we had together, the chats at night. It was still nice when I think back. I didn't want to hug you today because I am afraid that I won't be able to hide you well. But I still did. When I hugged you, that familiar smell of yours lingered on. It will be the last time, I told myself.

Well, it was expected and we all see it coming. But things always happen in this manner. You know this day will come but when it really came, you just find it a little sudden. At that moment, I was lost. For a second, I don't know what I'm gonna do with my life and all I did was sighing.

I thought I was prepared for it. I was even looking for jobs this morning. But still, too sudden. Sent out like about 20 resumes today. Hopefully either one of them will reply soon.

Money is not everything. But without money, you can't do anything. Hate this part of life.

Starting at birth, we grasp on to anything we can get our hands on, and hold on as if we will cease to exist when we let go. We feel that letting go is giving up, quitting, and that we all know is cowardly. But as we grow older, we are forced to change our way of thinking. We are forced to realize that letting go means accepting things that cannot be. It means maturing and moving on, no matter how hard you have to fight yourself to do so.

A boring weekend

Today, I should have just returned from a 3 days 2 nights chalet. And most probably have just woken up at this time. But due to an expected turn of events, my weekend became an absolute boredom. I don't know what exactly happened, but I hope everything is okay. Most importantly, I hoped you're okay.

Last night, I randomly logged on to my Friendster account (that shows how bored I am). I cannot even remember when was the last time I logged in. I was rather surprised that there are people still using Friendster. I looked through the profiles and a lot of memories came back. Some that I had almost forgotten. As I stared at my photos, I realized how much I've changed in terms of look, character, values and perceptions. Changes are good, I told myself.

Didn't wanted to draft out any resolutions this year because I don't keep to them every year. However, 2010 shall be different. I am gonna make a promise to stick to the resolutions.

1. Slim down.

2. Get a better job than the current one (Pay is good but it's killing my brain cells)

3. Enter University (Should stop wasting time)

4. Travelling

5. Get a driving license (This was supposed to be done last year -.-)

6. Be pretty (Pretty girls get everything that they wanted, isn't it)

I really want to make 2010 a travelling year. Hopefully I get to travel to at least 2 countries(:

Oh yeah. Time to shop for New Year clothes.

It's clubbing with the girls again(: Each time it just gets more and more fun. Venue was at Clarke Quay this time round and we club hopped from Arena to Rebel to Zirca then back to Arena again. Checked out Shanghai Dolly and decided that it's a nice place to chill and will definitely hang out there the next time round.

You know, in clubs, you just tend to loosen up and forget about everything. You are able to let go of stuff that you used to hold on so tightly. For that moment, everything was a yes. But if only time can stop just right there.

"Can we be still as good as before?"

I answered "Yes"

But after that I start to wonder, how long can this feeling last.

You know when you're bored, and you're alone where it's quiet, don't you ever start thinking about your life? You actually catch up with yourself, and it feels weird. And I wish it didn't feel weird, because when you think this way, all you see is truth. And truth sometimes hurt.

Maybe I've not lost a friend

Having so much mixed feelings now. Sometimes I feel that I've lost you but yet sometimes I feel that you are still there. I wonder, do you miss the times back then? Cause I really do.

I know we are still friends but can we still be as close as before? I am kind of scared actually. And this is what hurts me the most. There are so many things that I still want to continue doing with you but somehow there is this gap between us. I hate the distance we have now.

I miss the times where we will talk on the phone till late at night talking nonsense or htht.

I miss you calling me bb.

I miss chatting with you on msn or webcam-ing through skype (I find it so funny when you keep calling me on msn despite me telling you countless times that I can only webcam using skype).

I miss us teasing each other about kite and boat.

I miss the huggs that we have each time we bid each other goodbyes.

I miss you calling me and coming to my level to find me and just to talk rubbish at work.

I miss you telling me all those jokes and funny stuff that made me laugh like crazy.

I miss you singing for me.

I miss you randomly telling me that you miss me.

I miss you hugging me and telling me that you just felt like giving me a hug.

I miss you messaging me and asking me if I am lost cause you didn't hear from me.

I miss the promises that we made (Even though I know you probably don't really mean it at all)

I miss spending friday or saturday nights with you even if it's just catching a movie.

I miss you telling me that if the whole world don't want you, you know that I will still want you.

I miss you forcing me to say that you are cute or handsome.

I miss you asking me if I miss you.

I miss you talking about wanting me to travel to weird countries with you.

I miss you saying I am stupid which actually meant silly.

I miss you saying that I am special and important to you.

I miss you, my friend, my buddy.

I don't think we can ever continue doing the above anymore. You know, the saddest thing is not because my friend got together with the guy that I liked but because my friend was the reason that I lost the closeness between my buddy and I.

New beginning

HELLO 2010.

Look back on 2009.

It was a sucky year where many decisions had to be made, challenges to be faced, problems to be solved, tears to be shed and crisis to overcome.

Top of the list was graduation. First major decision of the year. Eventually working was the only way out. Then followed by the economic crisis and jobs became hard to find. Luckily, managed to get a job at OC that pays fairly well despite the boring job scope.

2009 is a year where I grew wiser and stronger. Many encounters which lead to revelations. Lessons were learnt and vowed never to repeat them again. It was a difficult year and I am glad that I managed to pull through it.

People were the biggest part of my 2009. New cliques I mean. People that were true, that you know will stay no matter what happens. People that I really needed, that helped me live through the last quarter of the year. On the other hand, there were people that you see their true colors and realized that they can only be acquaintances. There are people that you really want to be close to but just can't bring yourself to do so. There are people that you miss so much but you can't turn back time. There are people that you are willing to do anything for them but ought to stop doing so. People people people. Some are still as important, some are no longer anymore.

Greatest lesson learnt from 2009:

How fake humans can all be

2010 shall be a year with less unhappiness, hatred and pretense. I want to stay true, I want to stop pretending. But, will I? Or rather, can I?

I really hope 2010 will be good and don't let me fall in love for this wonderful year.

X'mas parties and celebrations

December is a month filled with lots of parties and celebrations. A month supposedly to be filled with joy and love. There was some love and joy here and there. But deep down, it just felt kind of empty. I don't deny that I enjoyed all the gatherings and celebrations thou. Some was fun, really was.

On the 19th, with the yayas

As usual, some were unable to make it. It was still fun but would be more fun if everyone turns up. Hopefully next year we can celebrate christmas in full force(: Steamboat at upper thomson, crazy cam whoring at Grace's house and chilling out at The White Bar @ Clarke Quay. Well, anything and everywhere is wonderful with them around.

On the 21st, gift exchange @ OC

Those who worked on that day get to start with the gift exchange first! It's hard to gather everyone together because not everyone is working. Some presents are crazy and stupid. Just like Bestie's korean lunch set. HAHAHA. We wondered who was the one that bought it. Decorated the storeroom with sweet messages. Vincent should feel honored cause most of it were for him! Gift exchange with them was nice, just like a big family((:

Wall of love ❤

On the 23rd, OCC & Friends' Red and Green X'mas

Party at Sabrina's place. Caesar salad, pasta, mushroom and minestrone soup, seaweed chicken, fish fingers and the "refused to be cooked" turkey. The turkey is seriously a waste of money. Everyone get to bring back a goodie bag filled with lots of sweets and chocolates as well as a message from a secret person(: The party was great, very heart warming. There were some unpleasant stuff which I decided to push it aside and have fun with the rest. Well, eventually the party ended with everyone being happy (i hope so).

On the 24th, family love

Pot luck at grandma's place. Everyone is supposed to prepare a food item. Mummy and sis prepared glutinous rice and kimbab(: In the end, we had so much food that we couldn't finish at all. Celebrated my niece's birthday as well which falls on the 29th. Then followed by gift exchange. Every year, I just don't have the luck to get the red packets ): Next year I shall pray really hard to get it!

I don't know what's wrong with tonight. I have been suppressing it well all along but tonight I broke down and cried. It was a terrible feeling and I don't know how to deal with it. I find it hard to face the both of you today, that's why I chose to stay alone. I didn't want to pretend on a Christmas day. I hate to say I'm ok when I know I am not. But in front of you all, I have to act like I'm ok no matter how bad I felt deep down.

I tried really hard to ignore and not pay attention to your mood. I tried all that I could to stop you from affecting me. It was difficult but I managed to pull through it. I really wanted to run after you and give you a hug, to tell you that everything will be alright. But I controlled well. It was a good start, I had to tell myself.

Like I said, you are different. And I am at a loss in coping with these feelings. It was weird and it's so not me.

People come and go, some leaving behind a few memories, some left taking away the memories, many just happened to be passer-by(s) or stop for awhile like a stop-over.

Sometimes you just wonder how long can all these friendship last. It's the place that brought all of us together. But will it also be the place that separate us from one another? I seriously hope not.

Every friendship requires you to put in an effort. Everyone may be caught up with their individual lives, but if you put in the extra effort to catch up with old friends, this closeness will remain. I always believed that it's all about the "want". If you want to stay in touch, no matter how hetic your current lifestyle is, you will want to make time for people who you think are worth sacrificing for.

And if you realized, friends who are true to you are usually those that came from school back then. They are the ones who you don't meet them very often now anymore but you know that it only takes one call, one email, one msn chat or one gathering to bring them all back again.

A workplace like OC ain't that bad afterall. Although there were many passer-by(s), there are still people who you know will stay with you throughout. And it's comforting to know that true friends still exist in the working society. Out of 10, 9 may be fake. But having that 1 true friend is more than enough, isn't it? At least to me, that's enough.

I hope we will continue crossing each other's path hand in hand. I will be there to guide you when you are lost, catch you when you fall. I will take your hand and walk down this road with you no matter how tough it may get. I will always be there.

I don't want to know how far we can go. I want to know how far have we gone.

The Fear Street Club

Have you read all the Fear Street series by R.L. Stine? Recently, we are very into this whole Fear Street series and 5 or 6 of us can actually hide in the handicap toilets reading these books. It's more of like a thriller and there will always be a twist at the end of the story. I enjoyed it a lot and I like to guess the murderer, certain that I am right about it but found out that I was wrong. The murderer was someone else. Ha!

If you have not read it, try going to the library or any book fairs and look for it! Once you start, you can't stop(: That's how interesting it is.

Princess's 21st

There was no big birthday bash, no chalet, no high class restaurant, no ballrooms. Only a group of beautiful people, 2 meaningful cakes and a simple Xing Wang meal(:

We only managed to meet up for a short while because everyone had plans thereafter. It was great seeing the girls and gossiping or catching up with each other's life over a simple meal. The only thing that was missing was bridge. We shall play it on the next meeting.

Happened to pass by The Icing Room at Somerset313. So, Stacie and I decided to design a cake for our princess. I have to say we do have the potential to be future bakers :D

Words ain't cheap, they are free

Can't fall asleep last night. And I started thinking about all the things you said to me before. I wondered how much of it do you actually mean it. Maybe it was 40% a joke, 30% nonsense, 20% lies, and 10% the truth. And that 10% is all about her isn't it?

I don't know how I really feel towards you anymore. I still like you but I cannot tolerate the way you are reacting about her. You may treat her like a princess but that doesn't mean that we have to do the same.

We are still friends but everything's only on the surface. There's no depth in our friendship. We will and can no longer share stuff anymore. And this saddened me. But I am too tired to speak up and don't see a point to argue any further. I shall let things be as it is. There are things that you can't find any words to explain, you need to feel it yourself. And you will only know it when you start feeling it.

Beginning to feel numb towards this whole thing. And I kind of like this numbness now. This will be the last time that I am talking about this.

Santa Claus is coming to town

Starting to countdown. 12 more days to X'mas!

Christmas are not really that fun for me over the past few years. Probably because I anticipated it so much and got so many disappointments that I gave up feeling excited over it. I forgotten when I stopped looking forward to X'mas and see it as like any other normal day.

But hopefully this year would be different. There was a little bit of excitement thou. I don't want it to turn out to be another disappointment this year so I shall not carry too high hopes for it. Deep down, I really hoped that it would be fun.

Well, it's the festive month and I am so broke now. Amazing that I can still spend like over a hundred bucks within 2 hours at the financial state that I am in right now. Retail therapy is good once in a while but over spending is crazy. However, I can't seem to stop this craze. AND I cannot resist sales and low prices. OMG. I am mad. Every month I am experiencing this same broke-ness. It kind of sucks but aiyah how to resist man. HAHA =X Just have to think of it as a reward for working so hard everyday.

X'mas plans sounds real fun this year. Pray that the real day will be as fun as it sounds(:

It's been a long while since I confided in this small space of mine. I used to blog every single day. Jotting down all my thoughts and feelings for that moment, for that minute, for that day, for that week. But the more I blog, the more I realized that this space can no longer seem to keep my secrets well anymore. Number of people reading my blog start increasing and I find myself sharing secrets to strangers. It felt weird and insecure.

The reason why I started this blog is because I find it hard to share troubles and problems with people. I needed to find a channel to release all the negative thoughts in me so that I can continue to portray myself as someone happy in front of the people around me. I was reading through my past entries and it was such a big difference in the story that I used to blog in the past compared to now. I was more truthful back then.

I started to blog lesser partly due to other commitments and also I don't feel safe in confiding here anymore. Probably due to the lack of constant blogging, people start to visit this space less frequently and eventually forgot about its existence which is what I wanted. It's still so hard to confide in people and I really wanted this space back badly. I recalled why I used to like blogging because I can only hear myself talking about me. I get to be selfish and no one has the rights to say anything about it. I don't need to put on an act and I get to show my true emotions. I can talk as long as I wanted without anyone telling me to shut up.

And so, I decided to confide in this space again. A space that I don't need to share because it only belongs to me.

This evening, I was reading my friend's blog and I came across this quote.

Trying to forget someone you love, it's like trying to remember someone you never met

That's how hard it is, isn't it? I kept repeating this sentence in my mind. I have been trying to forget people in my whole life. Be it friends or guys that I love or loved. Eventually, I will have to force myself to forget these people. Forgetting is like a higher level of waiting. I hate waiting but I hate forgetting even more. That's because to forget is like a thousand times harder than to wait.

It only takes a minute to meet someone, a day to love someone but it takes a lifetime to forget someone. There may be times where you tell yourself that you have completely forgotten about this person. But in actual fact, you didn't forget him, you just managed to hide him in a corner of your mind. And it only takes one picture, one song or even one place to bring him out of the hiding place. Each time he was being brought out, it gets harder to hide him again.

I really hate you for saying all those words to me. But you know what? You only need to say one good word and I can so easily forget all the bad things you ever did or said to me. If only forgetting you was as easy as that.

I am tired of everything. It has got nothing to do with me right from the start. But somehow, somewhere, I just got affected by you. For now, I still want to stay as a friend even though things will never be the same again.

I am still here, you know? No matter what, I will be there for you.

Zouk on ladies' night. Phuture was super packed that night. So we kept moving around mambo and phuture. Music sucks that night and the songs only got nicer at Phuture when we are leaving ): Anyway, it was our very own ladies' night too. It was fun without the guys but would be better because the guys would definitely help us make space. It was so crowded that we had no space to dance at all.

And there's this irritating checkered shirt guy with his botak friend. They kept pushing us to the extent that our body is literally leaning against the bar counter. Wtf. And the thing is, we made it so obvious that we had no space by pushing him and all. He can still act like he don't know anything and concentrate in grinding the girl. Was so pissed with him.

Overall, the night's good. Managed to get a few 1 for 1 drinks((((:

We may have started talking and all but somehow I felt a gap between us. There is a definitely a distance now but I have to admit that this distance is good no matter how much I disliked it. Many times I wished that we never talked about it. I wished that I didn't even bring this matter up. I felt that I am ruining this beautiful friendship now. Can't believe that I am actually blogging while at work. Bored to the extent that I have got nothing better to do but to blog.

These few days was crazy. I was super pissed and disappointed.

I thought you were different. Ok, maybe you were indeed different. But I don't know what's wrong with you now. You have changed so drastically. So blinded by her that you are hurting all the people around you. So oblivious to all your friend's and even your own sister's feelings. Who are you now? I don't even know you anymore.

You keep harping on me saying that I kept assuming and making decisions on my own. You said that I am not being fair to you. But hello, are you being fair to me or us? Right now you are just assuming and handling things in your own way. Can't you see that the problem doesn't even lie with us? It's her. It was never us. Just that you were too blinded by her to see the whole picture. I believed this is not the first time that this is happening to her. So obviously she should have known that something is wrong with her all along.

Just because she got the looks and figure doesn't make her the angel. Looks are deceiving, don't you guys know that?? I am so disappointed in you. All along I feel so angry and unjustified for you. You treat her like a princess, do everything for her, listen to everything she said, believed in her. But look at the way she is treating you. She totally treats you like a toy. Butter Factory on Wednesday night. Although we spent an hour queuing for entry and another hour for free drinks, the night was awesome(: Another splendid clubbing experience with wonderful companions. Having the drinking mood these days, but didn't really drink much at the night. I felt that we only clubbed for a short while probably because of all the time spent on queuing and waiting. Haha.

Anyway, the world is really small cause I bumped into ex-colleagues from Marriott. Oh my goodness. They are still so nice people. Haha. Gonna meet up with them real soon. Hopefully :D

Lesson learnt

Today, I learnt how to be a friend. A friend have to:

Find joy in giving and not expecting anything in return.

Be selfless and learn to take the initiative at all times without complaining and getting tired of doing it.

Put all other feelings aside, accept and love that friend with an open heart.

Bother less yet care more.

Always ready to give a hugg.

Listen when they are willing to share and keep quiet when they are not.

Laugh with them and cry with them.

Stay with them and don't let them leave.

Have fun and cherish every moment spent with them.

Put yourself in their shoes and try to think in their perspective.

Learn to stop blaming and start understanding.

Be there when they need you.

Lastly, don't judge them and love them for being them.

This Is It

Sentosa on Tuesday with OCC! It started out with most of us being late and we had Mac breakfast. Went Giant to get some drinks and snacks then took the train down to Siloso beach. Thought that it would be boring at first because the mat is apparently too small for all of us and our belongings so we couldn't sit down and chat altogether. So, we decided to play some ball games which was stupid because one side will always be at a losing end cause we don't have enough numbers. Luckily, the life guard joined us for a few games. Didn't really keep track of the scores and I forgot how we actually ended the game eventually. Haha. Then, we went into the sea and that's probably about it. I guessed the most fun moments was the cam whoring session.

Watched "This Is It" at Vivo after dinner. The movie was great but guessed we were all too tired and we tried very hard to fight the 'z monster'. Eventually, some fell asleep during the show. Haha.

We didn't do a lot of things, we didn't play a lot but somehow, I just enjoyed that day(:

I don't know what is making me holding on. Everytime when I managed to convince myself to let go, you always managed to find your way back. Nothing will come out of it but I just want to stay by your side. You said you will never be happy if you leave me and that is more than enough for me. I guessed we are all just being so stupid.

We had a BOOMZ night

Ktv session with the usuals that night till 6am. It was crazy coz Christine and I are working full the next day. Stayed over at her place and we reached work about 130pm. Hahaha. Hello Hello!

OMG! HAHA! This is gonna be such a backdated entry. But recently lost the mood to keep blogging so will only update like once in awhile. Had too much things going on in my mind these days so prolly I will need this space again to make myself feel better.

Anyway, celebrated 20th on the 9th Oct. Nothing big, everything's simple, warmth and nice(: And I liked how it was being celebrated. Break down of celebrations on different days with different groups which is good so that I won't neglect any cliques at all.

SOHO on saturday night was crazy. So many unhappy stuff such as spoilt locker, bad service, police raid. AH. I felt so unlucky on that day. But things took a turn after we really enter and have fun. Luckily, it din turned out to be a bad day in the end. If not, I will feel so so so sad. Hahaha.

Went for Halloween at Night Safari as well. A lot of waiting time but it turned out to be fun :DDD

I think the rest spent quite a bomb because they paid for my expenses as well. Felt a little bad but hope all of them enjoyed the ride and trail and also the quality time that we spend together.

Farhan's Birthday

Celebrated Farhan's birthday on the 7th. It was a small group but very warmth and comfortable. I enjoyed and hoped that the rest enjoyed as well (: Had dinner at Sakae in OC then head down for a movie at Cineleisure. Supper at Prata House and Farhan sent me home! So nice of him. I didn't expect him to do it but he did. And it was really nice.

A relief

3 years of suffering and pain has finally ended for her. Even though my heart hurts so much, I feel relief because she no longer need to bear all the pain anymore. The nightmare is over for her. And everyone understands that life still have to go on.

K Box with my lovely clique from OC! It's a day filled with shopping, singing, screaming, dancing, emo-ing, laughing and flashing of darlie teeths. I had so so so much fun on that day. Met Donn and Aaron for lunch first cause they are working then shopping with Shirleen and Sabi after that. Waited for the two guys to finish work and had our dinner together. Sabi had to go for her jap class and Aaron need to go for his class too. So we sang at around 9plus till like 3am!!

And it's was rather embarrassing because I cried while they sang "Wo zhi dao" by BY2. I dunno why but just kind of relate to the lyrics and all the feelings that I have been suppressing so well all along came flowing through. Anw, thanks to Aaron for lending me your shoulder. It did make me feel a lot better.

It was really great with them around! Looking forward to our next outing!!!

자매 Graduation 2009.

Went for my sister's graduation at NUS this morning. The valedictorian who gave the closing speech was really humorous and knowledgeable. I liked his story about the pig with wings and how he name NUS as the National University of Stairs because they got over 300 steps of stairs in FASS. I enjoyed his speech a lot and that seems like the only thing that kept me awake nearing the end of the session. To be honest, I fell asleep during the middle of the whole ceremony. It's too early in the morning you see. Anyway after the graduation ceremony make me yearn to study at NUS even more. Sigh, will try again next year. If not, I will have to retake a dip to improve my results lol. Just kidding. I will prolly graduate at 30 years old if I will to really do that.

Collected the free Haagen Dazs ice cream at Holland V after the ceremony (got the free voucher from buying the macbook pros). Then came back home and finished my HK drama dvds. Home seems like the best place of all. Too many H1N1 cases out there and I even had nightmares about it -.- Shopping malls are quite a dangerous spot and how contradicting cause I am working in a mall.

On a random note, I missed L4D, k box, steamboat and mj.

Life Sux.

Nothing interesting in my life these days. Did nothing except work. It feels a little weird and different without you. Took off the ring that I have been wearing for 2 years plus going 3 and now it's left hanging on my neck. Each time I touched it, I felt a sense of tingling pain. Please don't question and I will announce if I get to see you face to face (you don't want to receive smses about this, trust me) Silence is what I really appreciate at this point of time.

On a happier note, I got my new Mac book pro and my online stuffs from korea just arrived recently. Good deals(:

Graduation 2009

Official Graduation on 25th May. Somehow it didn't felt as strong as graduation 3 years ago. Prolly because of all the long boring speeches and wait that spoilt a lil of the mood. And with the gown and bad weather make graduation a sweaty and tiring one. In addition, graduation was kind of incomplete without the presence of our beloved yoyo1 and random1): Hope you girls are doing well in whatever you are doing now.

3 years of hard work, late nights and morning rushes for just a piece of paper. Sometimes, I just wonder whether how far can this paper bring me to.

Angels and Demons with Jess and Chris after the ceremony. Of course, we had our tom yam ban mian at NYP's Koufu first. It's the best stall till far (although Jess found a better one but it's like so far away ...). I am not sure if we are considered lucky or unlucky on that day because the movie blacked out during the climax but we are entitled to redeem a free movie ticket by presenting the movie stub at the counter. So, it's a blessing in disguise. haha...

IMDEX ASIA ended last Wednesday. Honestly, I do miss the times with Chris and Sabrina where we were paid to do nothing, chit chat and to eat at the VIP lounge. I think it was a great experience for me and it triggers my interest in exhibitions and events. Prolly I will go into that career(:

Started my training for Orchard Central and went for the site visit today. Was real excited about the opening of this new mall which is of 12th floors tall. It sounded cool and fun. Now we are all just praying that the uniform will be chic and nice.

I am saving real hard now and aiming for HK trip end of this year and Korea trip around March next year. I so wanted to go travelling. Most likely will get a full time job after my trips and apply for uni again next year. The fact that a degree is so important makes me feel so frustrated and unjustified. Sign.

My temp job

Today is the start of my temp job at Singapore Expo. Will be
helping out in the IMDEX event from the 12th to 14th May. Thus, have to help prepare the stuffs for the event. It's a super slack job and what I did for today was just sorting and arranging all the name badges for the companies that are attending. Worked with an uncle and most of the time he kept asking me to sit down and rest. HAHA. So funny.

Had a haircut recently. Straight bangs =S Wanted to reborn my hair but felt that it was unnecessary after the cut. So might as well save the money.

Having troubles falling asleep lately. The feeling kind of sucks. It's a point where you feel tired but your mind seems so awake. Every time I close my eyes, I will start thinking of a lot of things. And sometimes those images happen so fast then my heart starts to speed up as well. Thump thump thump thump thump. These days I learn to keep things to myself suddenly uncomfortable to share to talk bout my inner thoughts and feelings. I learn to be more independent rather than depend on others. Sometimes I just wish that certain things are not push aside to the 'past section' yet.

Celebrations week

Last weekend was a celebrations week. Celebrated both Grace's and Shyan's 20th. Of course both of them enjoyed their special days because of our presence and lil surprises (:

April is always the month where I am especially broke because of all these birthdays. But, I am still happy to see them happy.

Grace's celebration at K Box. She took the party package but not very worth while thou. The service kind of sux. And the blueberry cake!!!!

FYI, I hate blueberry cake. Well, apparently Kieth and Eileen also dun really eat blueberry de. We asked the staff for the cake and he told us that Grace actually reserved this flavor. So we were thinking ok lor bo bian. After that, we found out from Grace that she did not even mention the flavor of the cake she wanted. Feel so cheated man! AND the blueberry cake looks the ugliest of all -.-

Last night officially marks the last day of the project that I am working in. Good bye Haagen Dazs, good bye Cathay cinemas. I find it kind of awkward to approach people to buy ice cream in the cinemas. I prayed real hard not to bump into people who I am familiar with. Not even aquaintances. If not, I will have to dig a hole and hide myself in there.

I really appreciate all the kind souls who bought the ice cream from me ((: Some Singaporeans are indeed very very nice people!

I am glad that it's finally over but I guess the pay would take quite some time. Kind of sucks actually. *I need to find a job I need to find a job I need to find a job* (I ought to constantly remind myself to find a job asap). I hope Banyan Trees can contact me asap man. I so need it.

P/S: Ok, I realised that I do hate birthdays a lil. ONLY the money part. Sigh.

Been starting to send out resumes again. I seriously to get a job soon. If not there will only be expenses and no income. Trying to stay at home these days to avoid all the spending and I am feeling quite proud of myself. Because I only spend like less than $5 for the past 1 week (:

Felt real bored and decided to join twitter. Haha. Join me at twitter alrights? Just click on the link at the side bar ((: I saw this video on the twitter song and dance on youtube. It's very lame. But I had no idea why that guy can be so overly addictive in twitter. No matter what he is doing, he twitters! Haha. But I think it's a simple and short way to let friends know what you are doing/thinking at that point of time.

Btw, I changed my email address. The previous mail got too many junk mails and I am getting sick of deleting it all the time. With the new email, I cleared away unknown ppl and many other junks. Reorganize my contact lists and that took me quite some time (which is a good thing).

Will be blogging often since I've got nothing better to do.

Connie's 20th

Birthday song and Cake cutting at The Jack's Place. Chilling out session at The Crew Room after that. We were at the upper level of the pub with the KTV. And there is these two particular tables that kept hogging on to the KTV. What's worst their singing was quite bad and they like to choose those old old songs. I think Eileen and I waited about an hour for our song. LOL. Anyway, it was fun.
